Xavier basketball scored big for its 2020 recruiting class with a Sunday night commitment from 4-star guard Dwon Odom of Georgia.
Odom announced his commitment to Travis Steele's Musketeers via a message posted to Twitter that read: "After these last couple months, I have to a decision that I will be attending Xavier University."
Odom is ranked the No. 6 guard prospect nationally in his class, according to 247 Sports, and the No. 38 player overall.
Odom is listed as a 6-foot-8, 180-pound prospect.
In winning Odom's services, Xavier beat out the likes of Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, and others.
