CINCINNATI, OH – Xavier prepares for a quick bus trip to Oxford to take on Miami (OH) in the Joe Nuxhall Classic Championship. The Musketeers earned the right to play for the trophy after knocking off the Bearcats last week. First pitch from Miami is scheduled for 7:00 pm ET on Tuesday.
Xavier is 21-17 in the all-time series against the Redhawks, having won five of the last eight meetings.
- Miami is 11-15 so far this season, a series win over UT Martin adn a four-game sweep of Bowling Green, but suffering a six-game losing streak in between.
