CINCINNATI- Xavier men's tennis falls to Ball State, 4-3, in the spring home opener at Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club.
The Musketeers fell short in doubles play, but were successful in singles play. Xavier secured three singles match wins. Upperclassmen, Jack Dykema and Gabriel Araujo, were victorious in their singles matches. Dykema won at No. 1 singles and Araujo at No. 4 singles. Sophomore Nate Dell obtained a win at No. 6 singles. These singles competition victories are the first on the season for Dykema, Araujo and Dell.
Xavier will host Valparaiso at the Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club in Cincinnati on Friday, Feb.
