Xavier University's baseball team is back in the Big East Conference Tournament next week at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio.
The top four teams in the final Big East regular-season standings qualify for the conference, where the double-elimination tournament champion earns the automatic qualifier for the NCAA Tournament.
Connecticut (43-12, 16-4 Big East) is the No. 1 seed. Creighton (29-16, 14-5) is the No. 2 seed. Xavier (30-25, 12-8) is the No. 3 seed, and Georgetown (31-21, 10-10) is the No. 4 seed.
