CINCINNATI - Xavier women's tennis took a third straight win on Sunday afternoon, topping Miami, 6-1, at Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Center to move to 5-2 on the season.
"We had a really solid team win today," said Kaitlin Ruether. "Miami is always a tough opponent and we set the tone with a really strong start in doubles and the beginning of singles. I'm so proud of this team, and happy our hard work is showing in our matches."
In doubles, the Musketeers took the first win, taking the No. 2 spot with a 6-2 win for Sophia Abelson and Kaitlin Ruether.
