BLOOMINGTON - Xavier women's tennis returned to action this past weekend in their first fall invitational tournament as a team in 2019. The Musketeers picked up 15 singles victories and 13 doubles wins over the three-day Hoosier Classic, hosted by Indiana University.
Xavier started strong in doubles competition, going a perfect 8-0 on Day 1. Ahmeir Kyle and Emily Thomas teamed up for a 6-2 win over Western Michigan and a 6-3 win over Louisville. Rachael Reichenbach and Anna Roggenburk defeated Western Michigan 6-2, followed by a 6-1 victory over BIG EAST foe Marquette.
