CINCINNATI – Xavier women's tennis head coach Doug Matthews announced the addition of transfer Anne-Sophie Courteau to the roster for Spring 2022. Courteau comes to Xavier from West Virginia, where she collected over 75 combined wins in four seasons, including 44 singles wins and 34 doubles wins.
"I'm excited to welcome Anne-Sophie to the Xavier tennis family," said Matthews. "She had a great career at WVU and brings a lot of experience to our team. She has a strong forehand and is a tough competitor. Our team definitely got better today in our quest to compete for another BIG EAST Championship.
