CINCINNATI – Xavier women's soccer returns home after a four-game road trip to host the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 1 PM. The match will be live streamed through GoXavier.com.
- Southern Indiana opened its season on Friday, falling to Walsh University of Ohio at home to start the season at 0-1.
- USI fell, 2-0, to Walsh, after giving up a pair of goals late. Walsh scored the game-winner in the 77th minute and added the insurance goal in the 88th minute.
- Walsh held a narrow 11-10 lead on shots, but USI held a 5-4 advantage on corners.
