CINCINNATI - Xavier women's soccer head coach announced the addition of transfer Avery Lockwood to the roster for the 2022 season. Lockwood comes to Xavier from Indiana where she spent three seasons, earning All-Big Ten honors in each of her three campaigns as a Hoosier.
Lockwood, who is originally from Grand Rapids, Mich., started in all 39 matches she appeared in for the Hoosiers, totaling 24 points for her IU career on 10 goals and four assists.
Last season, Lockwood started in 18 matches, finishing with six points on three goals and earning All-Big Ten Third Team honors.
