Women's Golf Holds First Place Following First Two Rounds of BIG EAST Tournament

OKATIE, S.C. - Xavier women's golf sits in first place following the first two rounds of the BIG EAST Championship with four golfers in the top-10.

XU leads in par-3 scoring at 3.25, par-5 scoring at 5.15, and totals birdies with 102.

Mikayla Fitzpatrick leads the field at 1-under after she carded a 68 in round two. Fitzpatrick leads the field in par-3 scoring at 2.88 (-1), total pars at 23 and is tied for the lead in eagles with one.

Mikayla Smith is tied for sixth at 9-over following the second round.
