CINCINNATI - Trevon Bluiett scored 13 points to reach 2,000 for his career on Wednesday night, becoming just the fifth Musketeer in program history to reach the milestone.
Bluiett has played in 22 games so far this season, leading XU with a career-best scoring average of 18.9 points per game.
With nine regular season games to go, Bluiett has a realistic chance of finishing second on the all-time scoring list for Xavier. With an average of 14.6 points per game to close out the regular season, he will tie David West for second all-time in school history at 2,132 points.
