Xavier basketball is not done adding pieces to its 2023-24 roster.
One day after completing a 2-0 trip to the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League in Nassau, Bahamas, Xavier landed another international commit in 6-foot-10 Serbian forward Lazar Djokovic for the Class of 2023, according to a report from ESPN NBA Draft Analyst Jonathan Givony.
Djokovic, 19, averaged 14.9 points and 7.3 rebounds earlier this summer in the FIBA U19 World Cup for Serbia, which finished sixth in the tournament. Djokovic had 16 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists in Serbia's 99-73 victory over Japan.
