PHILADELPHIA – Xavier's winless on the road against Villanova since joining the Big East Conference, and the series between the teams has largely been dominated by the Wildcats.
When the reality you face is a 1-8 record in league competition against Villanova, the Big East's standard-bearer, the aura around Xavier's trips to the Philadelphia region skew toward daunting more than anything else.
