CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Xavier track and field wrapped up action at the Virginia Challenge on Friday night. The meet was held at Lannigan Field in Charlottesville, Va.
Trevor Nolan won the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal-best time of 9:07.15. He now has eight top-10 finishes during his outdoor track and field career with two, first-place finishes (also won the steeplechase at the Jim Vargo Invitational on April 9, 2022).
Claire Sievern set the school record in the 1,500-meter run for the second time in as many meets. She posted a time of 4:41.
