CINCINNATI - No. RV/20 Xavier men's soccer hosts St. John's on Friday night at 7 p.m. for its 2018 BIG EAST home opener at XU Soccer Complex.
The Musketeers (3-0-3) extended their unbeaten streak to six straight to start the season, claiming a road win against preseason favorite Georgetown to start league play last Saturday. Xavier's unbeaten streak is its longest to start a season since 2012 and has featured four shutouts in six matches.
As a result, XU broke into the national rankings for the first time this season at No. 20 in the weekly College Soccer News Top 30 poll.
