As the NCAA continues to push toward a November start to the College Basketball season, they released a set of health and safety guidelines to try to make the return to the court as safe for the players and staff as possible. You can check them out for yourself here:
The main thrusts seem to be that players, staff, and officials will be subject to being tested three times a week, making this the first time in program history players at North Carolina have ever been required to take a test in order to play.
