CINCINNATI - Xavier volleyball picked up a three set win (23-25, 16-25, 17-25) over Eastern Kentucky on Friday night. The Musketeers moved to 2-8, while the Colonels dropped to 1-10.
The Musketeers continue Queen City Classic action on Saturday, Sept. 15 at crosstown rival Cincinnati at 4:30 p.m. The match is being played at St. Ursula Academy as Fifth Third Arena is under renovation.
• Senior posted a team-high 17 digs with one assist and one ace. The libero is now two digs away from moving into third place all-time at Xavier in career digs.
• Sophomore recorded a team-high 21 assists to go along with two digs and one assist.
