CINCINNATI - Xavier women's basketball dropped a 108-65 BIG EAST game vs Seton Hall on Wednesday night at Cintas Center. The Musketeers moved to 4-9 (1-8 BIG EAST) on the year, while the Pirates improved to 12-6 (10-5 BIG EAST).
The Pirates connected on a school-record 17 three pointers on the night. Seton Hall hit 60.7 percent (17-for-28) of its three pointers and posted a .619 field-goal percentage (39-for-63).
• Xavier went 5-for-5 from the floor to open the game, taking an 11-8 advantage over the Pirates at the 5:56 mark. Seton Hall outscored Xavier, 28-16, in the final six minutes of the quarter, taking a 30-16 advantage.
