ORLANDO - Xavier men's tennis returned to the win column on Tuesday afternoon after topping Howard, 6-1, in Orlando, FL. The Musketeers are now 5-11 on the year and will return to action with two more matches later this week.
In doubles, Xavier picked up the point to go ahead, 1-0, with a 6-1 win in the No. 3 spot for and , and a 6-3 win the No. 2 spot for and . and trailed, 4-5, in the No. 1 spot when the point was decided.
The Musketeers continued their strong play in singles, picking up five more wins on the afternoon.
