GREENVILLE, N.C. – Following a tight match-up that took place February 5th against, East Carolina University, men's tennis defeated Presbyterian College, 6-1, to improve to 3-1 overall this spring season.
In doubles competition, the Musketeers earned the doubles point and jumped out to an early lead over the Blue Hose. With wins, Xavier improved to an overall record of 5-6 in play.
In singles competition, Zach Mueck (3-1), Matt Bishop (3-0) and Arthur Stefani (3-1) kept their three match win streaks in tact, edging off each of their foes in two sets.
