EAST MEADOW, N.Y. – Xavier men's and women's swimming wrapped up the final day of the 2022 BIG EAST Championship on Saturday, with the Xavier men finishing second, while Xavier's women finished third.
On the women's s side, Kali Fischer started the day with a new school record in the 200 back, finishing fourth in the championship finals. Xavier used a strong showing in the 200 breast to move up to third, then closed out the meet with a silver medal in the 400 free relay for Clara Keiser, Alexis Worrall, Clare Bosse and Kali Fischer to secure third by 12 points over fourth-place Georgetown.
