NEW YORK - Redshirt-junior goalkeeper Matthew Rosenberg was named the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week on Monday, Sept. 2. The goalkeeper held the Musketeers post a 2-0 victory over No. 2/3 Akron on Friday, Aug. 30 to open the 2019 season.
The Manalapan, N.J., native made six saves against the Zips in his first career start with the Musketeers. Rosenberg has now posted eight career shutouts during his college career (transfer from Central Florida).
