Xavier University's men's basketball team is returning to the NCAA Tournament.
The No. 3 seed Musketeers (25-9) will play No. 14 Kennesaw State (26-8) on Friday, March 17, in Greensboro, North Carolina. It's the first NCAA Tournament appearance for the Musketeers since 2018, when Xavier was a No. 1 seed. It's the 29th appearance in program history.
Despite the success in basketball over the years, the private Jesuit college may still be unknown throughout parts of the country. So, many sports fans may not know where exactly Xavier is located.
