CINCINNATI - Xavier head men's soccer coach has announced the hiring of Mac Thomalla as assistant coach. Thomalla joins the Musketeers from McKendree University.
"Mac brings loads of playing and coaching experience from the NCAA DII level and is an up-and-coming coach," said Higgins. "His role is focused on player development and I have no doubt that our players will love working with him and will develop under him."
Thomalla was an assistant coach at McKendree from 2020-23, helping the Bearcats post a 19-16-12 (17-24-8 GLVC) record. He also helped coach seven players to All-GLVC honors during his time on the bench.
