CINCINNATI - Lucy Octave joins the Xavier women's tennis program as a graduate transfer after spending four seasons at Utah State.
"We are excited to welcome Lucy to the Xavier tennis family," said Xavier head coach Doug Matthews. "Lucy had a great career at Utah State where she played number 1 singles and was top 10 in career wins. She brings experience and leadership that will really help our team. It was clear during the recruiting process that she is motivated to have a great last year and help us compete for a BIG EAST Championship.
