Wednesday night's visit from Tennessee Tech marks the fifth game in eight days for the Musketeers.
The last time Xavier played five regular-season games in eights day was the 1998-99 season. It also happened in 2004 and 2006 when Xavier won its regular-season finale and went on to win four games and the Atlantic 10 Tournament.
The game starts at 7 p.m. and will be televised on Fox Sports One, and broadcast locally on WKRC-AM (550).
Tennessee Tech head coach John Pelphrey, who missed the Golden Eagles' first two games of the season, will also miss tonight's game at Xavier as he recovers from COVID-19, according to Tennessee Tech's game notes.
