North Carolina State transfer Jack Clark, a 6-foot-8 guard from Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, who entered the portal after playing last season for the Wolfpack and spending the previous four seasons with the La Salle Explorers, is considering Xavier among four finalists, according to a report Monday via Twitter from College Hoops Today's Jon Rothstein.
Rothstein also reported that Arkansas, Clemson and Villanova are finalists, with Clark scheduled to make an announcement Tuesday at noon Eastern.
Clark averaged 9.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.8 steals in 26.9 minutes per game in 23 games for NC State this past season, including 17 starts.
