MADISON, Wisconsin — Revenge against the Wisconsin Badgers was sweet for Xavier basketball. Sweeter than outsiders can ever know.
No. 15 Xavier lead for almost the entire game and while there were some nervy moments along the way, the Musketeers (3-0) eventually dispatched the Badgers (2-1), 80-70, Thursday night at Kohl Center.
The win acted as an act of exorcism.
