Last week, I stepped away from my role at Xavier University and likely from college coaching forever. Since age 9, when I'd sit in the row behind the bench of my local high school team to hear the coach, this is what I wanted to do.
The hardest/easiest/best/worst job out there. The love of my life who could break my heart in a second. Highest of highs and highest of lows.
