The Xavier Musketeers got a commitment from a guard considered one of the best available in the portal in Western Kentucky transfer Dayvion McKnight, who announced Monday afternoon via Twitter that he'll play for XU.
McKnight visited the Musketeers last Friday, per multiple reports. He played three seasons for the Hilltoppers, and averaged 16.5 points, 5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.8 steals in 33.3 minutes per game last season.
McKnight entered the portal in March with an Instagram post. 247sports.com's Travis Branham, who reported last week that McKnight would visit Xavier, posted a Crystal Ball of XU for McKnight on Sunday.
