"I'll tell you the way my dad used to tell it because this was his story," Liz Keating began.
"Back in the early 70s, a guy and a girl swam for the Cincinnati Marlins and then they both went on to compete together at the University of Cincinnati. They both broke records and they both won medals and the guy was my dad (Bill).
"He broke school records and won conference medals and the girl was a woman named Jenny Kemp and she broke world records and won Olympic gold.
