CINCINNATI - Xavier head women's basketball coach Melanie Moore has announced the promotion of Candice Finley to associate head coach/recruiting coordinator.
"We are thrilled to promote Candice Finley to associate head coach," said Moore. "In a short amount of time, Candice has been instrumental in recruiting elite talent and developing our players on and off the court. She has an incredible basketball mind and brings her competitive drive to work every day. This is a well-deserved promotion and the future of Xavier Women's Basketball is bright with her on our side.
