JP Macura is appearing in court today at 12:30 to arraigned on two charges stemming from his shenanigans last night in which he produced false identification to get into a bar, pulled his pants down once in the bar, and then produced the same fake ID when approached by the police. Xavier's sophomore guard appears in front of Judge Dwane Mallory to enter his initial plea on the charges soon. After this hearing will come multiple pre-trials, continuances, and, most likely, a chance to enter a diversionary program.
