The Big East Conference announced Monday the formation of a COVID-19 Task Force as well as changes coming to the 2020 fall sports league season as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The task force, whose members include national health experts, athletics administrators, head coaches, physicians, trainers, event/facility personnel and student-athletes, will "provide guidance and develop recommendations to assist member schools in safely resuming and conducting athletics activities.
