MT. PLEASANT, S.C. - Xavier women's tennis standout Ahmeir Kyle opened up her fall season with a victory, picking up a win in the round of 64 in the Open Singles qualifying bracket of the ITA Women's All-American Championship at the LTP Tennis Club in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
In Kyle's first fall tournament action, she faced off against Madeline Lamoreaux of the Universitiy of Utah on Monday morning, advancing out of the round of 64 with a three-set win. Kyle took the opening set, 6-4, before Lamoreaux responded with a 6-4 win in set two.
