CINCINNATI --- Senior Adam Kunkel earned a spot on the BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll for the second time this season after scoring with 25 points, one shy of his Xavier career high, on 8-12 shooting in the win at Butler on Saturday. Kunkel also won the award on Nov. 22 after averaging 18.0 ppg in wins over Ohio State on Nov. 18 and Norfolk State on Nov. 21.
Xavier has now had a player honored in seven of the first eight weeks of the league awards and the awards have been spread among five different players.
