Now-former Xavier basketball commitment Samari Curtis has reopened his recruitment.
Curtis, the 2019 four-star combo guard, announced Tuesday he was reopening his recruiting via a message posted to his Facebook page.
Xavier is still in the picture, Curtis said, but is no longer a member of first-year head coach Travis Steele's 2019 class.
"First, I want to thank Coach (Travis) Steele and the staff of Xavier University for giving me the opportunity to continue my academic and athletic career," Curtis wrote.
