After being one of three Wyoming wrestlers to win individual titles at the Reno Tournament of Champions on Sunday, 285-pound senior Tanner Harms was named the Big 12 Wrestler of the Week on Tuesday.

Harms went 5-0 on the day, with wins against a pair of ranked opponents. He defeated No. 18 Nathan Butler of Stanford and No. 15 Brooks Black of Illinois.

Harms is now 10-2 this season and has 51 career victories.

He became the second Cowboy to receive the honor this season, after teammate Bryce Meredith earned the award on Nov. 24.
