Wyoming sophomore forward Shaina Ashouri was named to the Mountain West Women’s Soccer All-Conference First Team, the conference announced on Monday.
Ashouri has nine goals and seven assists in 19 games, leading the Cowgirls in both categories.
Sophomore defender Alisha Bass and freshman goalkeeper Cassidy Entsminger received honorable mention honors. Bass has two goals and an assist on the season while Entsminger is 7-3-3 on the year while saving 84 percent of shots on goal.
Wyoming (10-5-4, 6-4-1 MW) plays Colorado College in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West Tournament on Tuesday at 8 p.m. MT.
