The University of Wyoming volleyball team won the opening set, but then dropped three in a row to fall 3-1 (10-25, 24-26, 22-25, 19-25) to Central Arkansas on Friday at the Oral Roberts Invitational in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Halie McArdle led the Cowgirls (3-7) with 12 kills and Reed Copeland added 10 kills and eight blocks. Madi Fields had a match-high 21 digs. Cori Aafedt (18) and Marissa Harmon (16) combined for 34 assists for Wyoming, which has lost five consecutive matches.
