The University of Wyoming volleyball team got double-digit kills from seniors Laura Beach and Kayla Slofkiss in a 3-1 (25-18, 25-16, 19-25, 25-13) victory over New Mexico on Thursday in Laramie.
Beach, who was named to the CoSida Academic All-District VII team earlier in the day, led the way with 15 kills, while Slofkiss finished with 14 to go along with 13 digs and six blocks.
Senior setter Courtney Chacon added 43 assists and 14 digs and freshman Madi Fields had a career-high 20 digs.
