The University of Wyoming volleyball team won its second consecutive road match, sweeping Utah State 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-12) on Thursday at Logan, Utah.
Tara Traphagan had a match-high 14 kills to lead the Cowgirls (8-9, 3-2 Mountain West), who hit an impressive .393 as a team.
Emily Lewis and Reed Copeland added eight kills apiece and Halie McArdle had seven.
In addition, Marissa Harmon had 30 assists and eight digs, Lily Austin had 10 digs and Copeland six blocks.
