Wyoming track's Ewing, Doner are honored by Mountain West

The University of Wyoming's Harry Ewing and Kacey Doner were both recognized as Mountain West Outdoor Track Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Doner, a junior from Fort Collins, Colorado, won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Fum McGraw Open in Fort Collins on Saturday in a time of 10 minutes, 42.83 seconds. Her time is the third-best in school history and leads the MW and is No. 6 in the NCAA this season.

Ewing, a sophomore from New Zealand, also won the 3,000 steeplechase at the Fum McGraw Open. His time of 9:14.20 is the fastest in the MW and is No.
