Wyoming track and field teams win seven events in Colorado meet

The University of Wyoming track and field teams wrapped up their regular season Saturday at the Jack Christiansen Invite in Fort Collins, Colorado, by winning seven events and 10 athletes posting personal-best marks.

Sophomore William Nolan (Cheyenne South) set PRs in both the long jump (24 feet, 4.25 inches) and the triple jump (49-03) to win both events. Eric McArthur won the hammer throw with a toss of 194-11.

For the Cowgirls, senior Ja'la Henderson went 20-05.25 to win the long jump and move to No. 2 all-time in program history in the event. Jasmyne Cooper won the 800 (2:12.
