Wyoming soccer team shuts out Idaho State

The University of Wyoming soccer team remained unbeaten at home with a 3-0 shutout of Idaho State on Wednesday in Laramie.

Alyssa Murray struck first for the Cowgirls (4-3-1) in the 37th minute with an unassisted goal. Wyoming added two goals in the second half, with Jemma House scoring at the 49-minute mark and Madison Barrick in the 72nd.

UW goalkeepers Georgia Rowntree (three) and Cristina Salazar (two) combined to stop all five Idaho State shots on goal. It was the second shutout of the season for the Cowgirls.
