The University of Wyoming men's golf team was in 10th place after the first two rounds of the Cowboy Classic on Monday in Chandler, Arizona.
The Cowboys opened with a 285 in the first round but stumbled to a 299 in the second round to finish the day with a 584. UW was just one stroke behind Wichita State after the first round. Long Beach State led the 18-team tournament.
