Two University of Wyoming teams were recognized by the NCAA for achieving perfect Academic Progress Report scores on Wednesday.
The UW men's golf team recorded a perfect APR score for the fifth consecutive year while the women's tennis team had a perfect score for the third year in a row.
"We are extremely proud of the work done by those student-athletes and the job done by their coaches in providing them an environment in which to excel," UW director of athletics Tom Burman said in a release.
The APR four-year averages are based on the retention rate of scholarship student-athletes and the academic eligibility of those student-athletes over the four-year period.
