Wyoming cross-country teams place sixth, eighth at MW Championships

The University of Wyoming cross-country teams finished competition at the Mountain West Championships on Friday, with the Cowboys placing sixth and the Cowgirls eighth at Albuquerque, N.M.

Sophomore Harry Ewing finished 26th with a time of 24 minutes, 47 seconds. It was the second-best time of his career.

Christopher Henry matched his conference finish from last year by placing 41st. Teammate Daniel Hintz finished just behind at 44th.

Senior Lauren Hamilton placed 31st to lead the Cowgirls with a time of 22:02 in just her second race of the season. Senior Kerry White placed 41st and sophomore Ashley Bock finished 46th.
