The University of Wyoming cross country teams begin the NCAA Mountain Regional at the Steve and Dona Reeder Cross Country Course in Logan, Utah on Friday with the women's 6K starting at 11 a.m. The men's 10K is scheduled to follow at noon.
The Cowboys are ranked 11th in the Mountain region and are led by top runner Jonah Henry.
The Cowgirls will go into the meet ranked ninth in the region following a fifth-place finish at the Mountain West Championships. Lauren Hamilton leads the Cowgirls as an All-Mountain West second team honoree.
