The University of Wyoming women's tennis team will look to continue its impressive season when it plays Nevada in the first round of the Mountain West Championship in Las Vegas on Friday.
Leading the way for UW is freshman Ana Tkachenko, who is 21-5 overall and 4-0 in league matches. Sophomores Tessa van Der Ploeg (19-8) and Elisa Koonik (17-8), senior Dorottya Jonas (19-11), junior Magdalena Stencel (13-10) and freshman Milka Genkova (18-8) round out the Cowgirls roster.
